Workers' Compensation Defense

Our attorneys provide legal representation to employers, third-party administrators   and insurance companies at all stages of a workers compensation claim.  This includes providing assistance at the administrative levels as well as advocacy before the Oregon Workers Compensation Board, Washington State Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals and Superior Court.  Additionally, our attorneys are available to provide group education and training through in-house continuing education courses, seminars, and conferences.
